Refund policy

At Yafet, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Please take a moment to review our return and exchange policy below.

• Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 working days from the date the order is received.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with their original packaging intact.
• Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
• Orders can be opened upon delivery and returned immediately with the courier.
• Any return or exchange must be requested in advance. Items sent back without prior approval via email or WhatsApp will not be accepted.
• If you choose to refund your order, the refunded amount will exclude shipping fees.
• Shipping fees will be covered by Yafet only if:
  
• The item received is defective, or
• The item received is different from what was originally ordered.
• Once the returned item reaches us, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  After approval, the refund will be issued via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.
